I never have been able to get my laptop to hibernate (sometimes it won’t even go to standby). It always gives me a cryptic error message: “Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API”.
Finally today I thought I’d search for this error message to see if anybody knew what to do about it. [...]

So I am trying to install an open source EDI translator called Bots on my Windows XP box and something keeps going wrong. I have tried it both from the Windows install executable and from the Python egg.
