According to At Least One Huge Tech Deal WILL Happen This Week, the ’scuttlebutt’ is that EDS is an undermanaged mess and that big expense cuts are coming. I’m not sure what ‘undermanaged’ means but I guess it is undermanaged in comparison to HP.

Now that’s interesting: Deutsche Telekom in exploratory talks with EDS. It’s been a while since I have heard an EDS takeover rumor advance to the point of being reported semi-openly. I wonder how reliable this rumor is.
